Electoral Geomarketing — Voter Targeting at Street & Building Level
I am Geoffrey Pion, an independent electoral geomarketing consultant with 15 years of experience across France, Belgium and Tunisia. I produce electoral maps and voter targeting analyses at scales no off-the-shelf platform can deliver: from the polling station (precinct, ward, stembureau) down to the neighbourhood, the street, the city block and the individual building.
Whether you are a candidate, a campaign manager, an elected official, a journalist or a researcher — wherever you are in the world — my methodology adapts to your electoral system and your territory.
What I Do
I help candidates win local and regional elections by identifying precisely where to focus their ground campaign. Through spatial analysis of election results, census data and urban morphology, I produce bespoke maps that show which streets and buildings to prioritise for door-to-door canvassing (porte-à-porte, huis-aan-huis, Haustürwahlkampf, doorstep campaigning), where the swing precincts are, and where voter mobilisation can tip the result.
I also produce election-result maps for the press within 24 hours of a vote, deliver training sessions and conferences for political parties, local authorities and academic institutions, and provide commercial geomarketing and territorial strategy consulting.
